DMCA & Copyright Policy
Kashyap LLC ("Playfry") respects the intellectual-property rights of others and complies with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 512). If you believe content on playfry.com infringes your copyright, please send a written notice that contains all of the information described below.
1. Filing a DMCA Notice
Send your notice via email to tryplayfry@gmail.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice". Your notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- A description and the URL(s) of the material claimed to be infringing on Playfry.
- Your contact information — full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
2. Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notice that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your full name, address, phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., for the District of Wyoming).
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
3. Repeat Infringers
Playfry will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
4. Misrepresentations
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing — or that material was removed by mistake — may be liable for damages. Do not submit false claims.
