Is Playfry really free?
Yes — every game on Playfry is 100% free to play. No subscription, no in-app purchases required from us, and no credit card needed. We are supported by ads.
Do I need to download anything?
No. All games run directly in your browser. There is nothing to install on your computer, phone, or tablet.
Do I need to sign up or create an account?
You can play every game without signing up. Creating a free account lets you save favorites and rate games, but it is optional.
Does Playfry work on mobile?
Yes. Playfry is designed mobile-first. Most games are touch-friendly and the ones that are not are clearly marked.
Are the games safe?
Yes. Every game is hand-reviewed before publication. Games are sandboxed in iframes for additional security. We do not allow malware, phishing, or adult content.
Why does a game not load?
Some games depend on third-party servers and can occasionally go offline. Try refreshing the page or check back later. You can also report a broken game using the bug-report button on each game page.
How do I report a bug or broken game?
Click the 🐛 icon on any game page to send a bug report. We review every submission.
How do I save my game progress?
Most games save progress in your browser using local storage. Clearing browser data will erase saves. Some games offer cloud saves through their developer accounts.
Can I submit my own game?
Yes! Visit the developers page or email tryplayfry@gmail.com. We accept HTML5, WebGL, Construct, GameMaker, and Unity WebGL games.
Does Playfry pay developers?
We support featured developers through revenue-share, sponsorship, and traffic. Reach out via tryplayfry@gmail.com to discuss terms.
Can I embed a Playfry game on my own site?
Most games can be embedded via the /embed/{slug} URL. Please credit Playfry and the original developer.
