These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Kashyap LLC ("Playfry", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of playfry.com. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA/UK) to use Playfry. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, use of Playfry must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
2. Your Account
When you create an account you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use Playfry for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
- Attempt to interfere with, scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
- Upload, post, or transmit malware, spam, or any content that violates intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Manipulate ratings, plays, or likes (including botting or vote-stuffing).
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
4. Game Content
Games on Playfry are owned and operated by their respective developers. We act as a portal/distributor. Each game may have its own rules, age ratings, and licensing terms.
5. Intellectual Property
The Playfry brand, logo, design, software, and curated content are owned by Kashyap LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
Game art, mechanics, and code are owned by their respective developers and are licensed to Playfry for distribution. See our DMCA Policy for copyright complaints.
6. User Submissions
If you submit a game, bug report, or feedback, you grant Kashyap LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, display, and use the submission to operate and improve Playfry.
7. Advertising
Playfry is supported by advertising. By using the service you agree that ads may be shown around and between games.
8. Disclaimers
Playfry is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kashyap LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of Playfry. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed USD $100.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kashyap LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Playfry at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the service at any time.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Playfry after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
